If a fresh item is damaged or not fresh, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund you.

Packed items

Unopened packed items can be returned within 7 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your bKash / Nagad / card within 3 working days after we receive the item.
